I recently completed an art journal project as part of a University project. I created 56 journal pages and the covers for two art journals. It was more fun than I thought it would be. This was the first time I put that much effort into creating something I was not going to keep.
The students in the Deconstructed Art class will each be assigned one of the pages in the book and they are going to complete the page with their journaling.
This project has definitely been one of the highlights of my creative life. That is what I love about art journaling, it is a great opportunity to explore and grow as an artist. If you have not started an art journal, consider doing it this year. It is one of the best ways to try out new art techniques.

This journal is amazing! And what a great projects for the students to complete.
